Admiralty Inlet - Nunavut
Revered among naturalists, wildlife photographers, and filmmakers, Admiralty Inlet is home to a stunning diversity of marine life, including Walrus, Polar Bears, Beluga and Bowhead whales, and the Greenland Shark, the largest deepwater fish, and one of the largest most elusive sharks. The world's largest fjord, Admiralty Inlet opens onto Lancaster Sound along Baffin Island's northern coast. Framed by inlets, cliffs, sandstone valleys and alpine glaciers, the fjord is icebound in winter, with the ice gradually pulling away with currents and tides of early summer. This shifting landscape of ice and sea once rendered much of this remote area inaccessible to all but the most intrepid explorers. Arctic Kingdom is proud to provide the knowledge, equipment, skill neccessary to open up this remote and majestic landscape to modern-day adventurers, photographers, and naturalists, we are dedicated conserving this magnificent habitat. Our guides are careful to ensure that the expedition is conducted with the utmost respect for the land and its inhabitants.

Whether you'd rather photograph a pod of walrus basking along the floe edge or dive with Greenland Sharks along an open lead, Admiralty Inlet is one of the many places where Arctic Kingdom can bring to the right place at the right time, ensuring that your Arctic adventure is the trip of a lifetime.
