TRIP NOTES

Weather
Temperatures in Quebec during February through March are below freezing, with temperatures averaging -5°C and ranging down as low as -20°C. Some days may occasionally fluctuate to above 0°C, but this is more the exception than the norm.


Water temperatures
Water temperatures will be just above the freezing mark at the surface. At depth, it will be consistently at 4°C above freezing.

Dive Equipment
You should bring at the very minimum your own drysuit, hood, mask, gloves and fins. If there is any equipment you feel you will not able to provide, Arctic Kingdom can rent this equipment to you by request. Rebreathers are available by request. Courses in ice diving and rebreathers are also available.

Arctic Kingdom will provide all tanks, pony bottles, weights and airfills, ice cutting and safety equipment.
